We supply retailers and distributors with literature, brochures, displays etc. Product display materials are designed to fit 6 or 12 bottles. Retail outlets carrying the product are featured on www.Beamonstar.com website. Retailers and distributors are also mentioned in press releases and advertisements.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

NEW ACCOUNTS- Prepayment is required for first time buyers. Net terms may be established by submitting a credit application 30 days after initial order. Allow up to 4 weeks for processing. Terms are available in net 15 or net 30 days only and will be established upon credit approval and account history with BeaMonstar Products.

PREPAYMENT- Payment can be made with company check, cashier’s check, money order prior to Credit Application verification and approval.

CREDIT CARD- We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover credit cards for payment.

C.O.D.- All C.O.D. orders are subject to an additional $10 fee. C.O.D. is payable by company check, cashier’s check or money order. This service is not available for international customers. Returned checks are subject to $35 insufficient funds fee. All orders that are returned to us due to refusal or non-payment are subject to the shipping and handling fee for the returned product plus the $10 C.O.D. fee. *See Refusals.

RETURNED CHECKS- Payments made in check will require check clearance before items are shipped unless other arrangements are made with your sales representative. Returned checks will result in account terms be changed to C.O.D., prepaid, or Debit/Credit Card status and are subject to $35 insufficient funds fee. All pending orders will be held until balance is cleared.

LATE PAYMENTS- All pending orders will be held until payment is received. Finance charges of 1.5% per month (APR 18%) will be charged on past due balances. Legal action may be taken on any orders 90 days past due. The customer will be charged any and all costs incurred by Beamonstar Products, LLC in the collection of an account from agency fees, collection fees, attorney fees or courts costs.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS- We accept credit card, wire transfers or international money order. Payment must be received prior to shipping order.

DAMAGES/SHORTAGES- All merchandise leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. All concealed damages or shortages must be reported to BeaMonstar Products within 48 hours from receipt of goods. If the cartons are delivered damaged, opened or re-taped you must file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery.

REFUSALS/RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Refused orders can be reshipped once with additional shipping charges are added and only after original order is received in the warehouse. Refused orders can cause your account to be placed on “prepaid only” status. BeaMonstar Products offers a 100% money back guarantee. If payment has already been made we can either credit your account or issue you a refund.

SHIPPING Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders are shipped within 3 days or sooner depending on weather, holidays, and high order volume. Delivery time is dependent upon UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs are based on the quantity ordered. The Customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges, and C.O.D. fees.
